Referral Procedure

Anyone may book an appointment - it is not necessary to see a doctor first unless you are planning to claim on health insurance.

Appointments can be made by telephoning (01223) 874433, emailing at admin@pennfarmphysio.co.uk or by filling in the online appointment request form.

If you are planning to claim on a health insurance policy you should contact the insurer first, and in the case of BUPA you should get a 'pre authorisation number' and bring that with you for your first appointment.

To maintain professional relationships and to ensure continuity of medical care, a letter is usually sent to your GP unless requested otherwise.
