The treatment rooms are well equipped, with interferential therapy, laser unit and ultrasound, as well as traction and exercise equipment such as wobble boards, therapy balls, exercise bicycle etc. Mobilisation and manipulation skills are used, and home exercise programmes are individually tailored to suit the patients' needs.

We offer PILATES on a one-to-one or group basis with Gail Stephens.
